Christmas meals

I don't get to eat ribeyes very often. When we opened our meat market I thought I'd get one once a week, Mrs Leroy nipped that right in the bud with her "eating up the profits" speech. During the Christmas rush we found two ribeyes that had conveniently lost their vacuum seal. I was all set and ready to grill them with all the good stuff. This morning the aforementioned Mrs Leroy lost her sense of smell and taste.. It'll be leftover Brunswick stew for us.
 
Same. Got a 15 pounder. First prime on the pellet grill.
Prime is all about timing...carved and consumed right after post grill rest
The big dinner is tonight.

Moose loin, heavy smoke couple hours then finished in 450 degree oven till 134 internal temp. Sevre with a blackberry gastrique sort of sauce
