Dave, your probably correct but Byron is well liked, talented, young and already under contract. The chance for a new long term contract might be easier to accomplish if they moved him to 48. One fly in the ointment is Liberty U. Would they continue their sponsorship of 24 without one of their students at the wheel. "jj's" replacement might be whomever is driving 24 next year.
