Saw several two weeks ago in AR on way out from a duck spot.....near the AR-White River Canal.May go try an AR bird there this spring---just for helluvit----prob end up calling for my duck buddy's live in...

The birds in Idaho seem to be darker for the most part.Ten years ago i would see pure merriams there but not any more.
