While checking my CC to see if my son got drawn for AZ elk (he did!!!) I noticed I have a pending charge for 12.50 from Wyoming as well. Does anyone know what that would be for? I applied for a youth elk tag and a spring turkey tag in the draw.

$12.50 sounds like the application and CC fees. I think if you were to draw you would have a pending charge a bit higher.

$12.50 is the price of the conservation stamp that you check the box that if you draw for them to automatically add it to the license.
I've never applied for the turkey tag in Wyoming, maybe it's because you drew a turkey tag. No idea when they do the turkey draw.

If you got the conservation stamp charged, it would seem to me you were successful in the draw and should be getting a license next. You should be able to tell online I think. Not sure when those results are actually posted to the database.
