I want in on this. Here's one I got with my crossbow. Shot was 149 yards but with the angle the range finder read only 98. I practiced a lot so I knew I was up for the shot, I took my time squeezed it off and bazinga.

How long of a season do you have in Wyoming where you can use a Muzzy?

Montana has a 5 week season, and several weapon restricted zones that add more.

Well many districts start at all different times, but if you bounced around, you could muzzy or rifle hunt... I'm gonna guess Oct 1 to the end of December off the top of my head. You can use sabots in MT in the general rifle season correct?

Yep! In Montana you could hunt with your muzzy from Sept. 15th to the end of Dec. So maybe a little longer. That's hardly a gay season.

How's this? I feel that not allowing sabot use in muzzleloaders in the weapon restricted areas is too restrictive.
