I’ve been shooting my bow a lot. I have 3 trail cameras out that I need to check before finalizing plans for opening day.

Close, ordered some new broadheads today for some reason. I’ll probably spend more days early in the season in spots I have a better chance at a deer than an elk since I have time off scheduled later in September

Took the .44 blackhawk for a walk today looking for a cow, got to warm so quit for day. Hit the highway in 2 weeks for first bull tag of season, cant wait for first bugle.

Each year goes a little faster than the last, that's for sure. I look forward to every fall more and more but it seems every year I'm a little less prepared than the last as well.
