Dang, I missed your recap when you first posted. Your photos make me want to do this hunt, your story, not so much. Amazing adventure, and a hell of a Roosevelt. Glad you survived.

It took this long to receive in shipment, thaw, fully process the meat, and finally cook some, but it was totally worth it. NY strip and ribeye from the bull, medium rare, s+p, homemade herb butter, homemade mac n cheese with some gruyere for sharpness, asparagus roasted in olive oil with s+p. I can taste the misery, and it's delicious!
