Wyoming Cow Elk Units

As much as I hate to be the guy that is asking this, I have researched a few units and locations that I am interested in applying for but can't seem to pick one over the others.

If anyone has experience in Wyoming that wouldn't mind being a sounding board via pm, I would appreciate it. I'm not gonna ask for your spots. Just want to bounce what I am thinking off of someone familiar with the terrain to make sure I am on the right track.
