No stalking at the moment he is on the move again.

First morning. 9 coues so far 8 doe and 1 seven point who is currently bedded 303 yards away. Debating a stalk as I type. Also saw 19 muleys on the way in a place I can't hunt. A decent buck chasing doe all over in that group.

Didn't focus on the fence rail in the first two pics of the muleys, and was wondering what I was supposed to see in the bottom picture

Slow morning. Ripping winds, snow, rain, cold!
3 smallish coues buck, 4 doe, same group of muleys as yesterday. They stumbled onto public for a minute but we couldn't make it happen on the 4x4 and they scurried back onto private.
Getting lunch now and head back out in the wind for the evening.

This evening was deerless with a side of winds. The other group of guys chasing muleys had action all day. Bows were drawn multiple times but no arrows flew. One guy watched a mountain lion hunt a mule deer doe that go separated from the herd the guys were stalking. The deer won.
Tomorrow is a new day with less wind. Let's GO!

I've closed to 105 yards. Can't see him but I know his location. Time to be patient. Can't move in more because of doe.

When your buddy takes a flight in for last years hunt and kills a buck you gotta bring it back the following year for him and hang er on the airbnb wall.

Couldn't scare up a buck I wanted to give 4 hours of my time to just to get the cold shoulder this evening.
Have not heard from the other guys this evening, but I think they went down to hunt the orchards and desert. This morning they got into a lot of deer and failed on all their stalks and some javalinas gave them the slip to.
Struggling so far only 1 javalina has hit the dirt.
