Though quail hunting has been tough lately I had to give it one last try before the season ends this weekend.

A walk up one of my favorite areas to start

No answer. Watch out for the rocks, don't want to sprain an ankle

Even on a slow day there are lots of interesting things to see
This is an uncommon type of cactus around here, either "cow tongue or beaver tail"

I passed up several shots at cottontails earlier but since my feet are getting sore and no quail I better look for a bunny.
The bounty of the land will grace my table tonight

No quail but I had a good day

Very cool, Walt. Without giving up any secrets, what part of the state are you chasing these quail and bunnies?

Great series of pictures. Looks a little warmer than where I am at and less snow.

Every time I drive across AZ on I-40 I tell myself I'm gonna come back one day and Quail hunt the Kingman area

I love the look of that country!
