Opening Day Double

This years elk season ended almost as quickly as it started for two thirds of our hunting party. Opening morning found us with these two first year 6x6 bulls for my hunting buddies son and myself. My friend passed on a couple smaller bulls in hopes of finding a nice 330-340 bull that he and his son had been watching in the area during July and August. He will be back after the big boy this coming friday and his son and I will be off to find us a couple of nice muleys to add to the freezer.
