Any advice for a newbie on mule deer hunting this unit? First western hunt, first DIY hunt. Will be staying in Kidd with a buddy that lives there and looking at the end of October, first of November. Will only have 5-7 days to hunt and no chance for actual scouting. Been buzzing around the unit on Google Earth, looking at the Sourdough and Ellis peak areas. Not asking for GPS coordinates to a honey hole, just general recommendations to help narrow my focus. Any advice, tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
