MT Big Game Combo

Looking at trying to get a leftover MT big game general combo. If I understand it right it is good for a deer and elk, or is it an "either or" kind of scenario?

It is good for both Deer and Elk in GENERAL units. Also good for both archery AND rifle season. [Southern Elk]

Both and depending on the unit that you are hunting it could be good for bull or cow and doe or buck. And whitetail or mule deer in some cases.
