All 4 number 2 seeds survived the first weekend. That’s rare. If UCONN and Purdue win all 8 of the top seeded teams will make it to the sweet 16. I wonder when that last happened. It’s starting to look like it would have been a good year to ride it out with the top seeded teams but there’s a lot of basketball left.
