The one thing i use lighted knocks for is for the camera i shoot nocternals reson
1 i use is so the arrow is easily seen on film
2 easy to find arrows
3 when your shooting at target 50 to 60 yards away alot easier to c your arrow
so if you do any filming there very nice but other than that its up to you

Again, I'm with BOHNTR on this one. They are fine for filming and typical whitetail shots at close range. Beyond that, I noticed definite impact on arrow flight past 40 yards. Obvious porpoising effect as the front of the arrow fought the back. Personally, I want less weight on the back of the arrow and I just see no need for them. Bright colored fletching allows me to see my arrow just fine, without the ill effects.

I just started using the Nockturnals. I have arrows set up with wraps and some with the Nockturnals. The weight is exactly the same and my point of impact is the same out to 80 Yards. So far they are great. I have a hard time seeing them in flight but I am hoping that is just a middle of the day thing. They are bright and I have liked them a lot so far...
