Didn't know where else to post this, so if it's in the wrong place, let me know. I'm on the search for good pack llamas. I've done a ton of research and I'm ready to take the plunge. I've been in contact with Beau from WRTL, but he won't have any for sale until perhaps 2020. Can't find any places to get legit pack llamas on the web, so I'm curious if anyone has any leads.

I’m renting some from Antero this year in Salida and Tom mentioned he was retiring some... kinda sounded like they packed fine but maybe just weren’t bomb proof rental llamas. He might have an idea where to get some.

I bought one from these guys https://goo.gl/maps/fR7bvotBfzy
It wasn't a "pack" llama, rather a 5 yo male previously used for stud purposes. He was only 500$.
I found a local person to board with, 50$ a month.
I got a pack/panier from this guy https://goo.gl/maps/qjXzqd3xfrq. I think it was like 100$.

I've been taking him on 2-5 mile hikes with about a 30lb pack, he has done awesome so far. Hasn't spit in my face yet, but he does give me a look like he want's to take my life sometimes.

Now if I only knew $#!T about elk hunting, I'd be set.
