7% abv that means it's not juut water. Widmer deadlift IPA is cheap and probably close to this stuff in terms of taste, but it has over 8% abv and ratebeer.com gives it a 93 overall score

Well I'm no connoisseur in the world of IPAs but if there's beers out there like Hopzone and Deadlift getting a 93 out of 100. Whoever came up with that grade scale is probably mentally handicapped and I'm sure one of the leading causes is drinking shit like that.
