Elk in the Bighorn Mtns, Access Questions

My hunting partner and I are considering a couple tags in the bighorns for '21. We are both non-residents. Anyone familiar with 41-9, 39-1, or 34-1 willing to discuss public access or past experiences with me via PM? I appreciate any help offered up.

A buddy and I are also thinking of applying for either 39 or 41 but are thinking of doing Type 9 as we hold 10.5 points together.

I would steer clear of 34, access is way too tough and I'm a resident in NE Wyoming. But if your looking to go guided or trespass fee it could be good. I don't know any outfitters or landowners to point you anywhere in there.
