Buddy and I are applying as partners in Wyoming but I have a lot of points and he has none so we’ve chosen a general region where we can score on a second choice.

My only question so what we should place as our first choice where, if we were to somehow score, I’d be ecstatic and the loss of 10 or 11 (can’t remember exactly) points wouldn’t cause me any disappointment.
