Creature comforts - What do you bring to base camp?

Might want to call them this year before you head up, if I recall correctly I think they might have closed. Next stop is Yampa.

Kids stopped by there this weekend. Said the store was a mess. And they had no gas.

Even backpacking I stuff a pillow in the bottom of my pack.

That is par for the course. I believe it has definitely seen its better days. Strangely enough it seems they do have gas in the summer but none once fall hits. Also, they quit selling hunting licenses last year....buuuuuuutttt......still had my beer and I got a bear to go with it!! Also, in Cush's honor I brought these puppies to camp

Seems the older I get the more "creature comforts" I make room for when packing. Base camp doesn't fit in the bed of a truck like it used to.
