Swallowtails have arrived, waiting on a monarch or two , hopefully.

This is freaky. I posted in the birds thread and somehow it posted double pictures. I tried to edit it and it disappeared. Now it shows up in the butterfly thread. After it disappeared I just though "Oh well." and went on looking at other threads including this thread and it wasn't there at that time. I think there are gremlins at work here.
this is the only butterfly pic I have, lets see if it shows up in the bird thread.

First monarch this year. Was hard to get pics, it didn't land for very long.

It is a female laying eggs.

Yes it is and now we have a hail storm bearing down on us. Happens every year, the eggs never get a chance.
