Arizona Issues

Trying to apply to Arizona for the last few days. Points only. I am registared under the new system. I can log in, HOWEVER, When I apply for tags and enter my sportsman ID and date of birth it always tells me "ERROR"!! Anyone else with this issue. I tried calling however long phone waits with no answer. THANKS.

I had to end up using my old dept ID instead of my customer ID I hope it works out as that’s what the lady on the phone told me to do. If you haven’t held an Arizona license in the past I guess I can’t help. Good luck

THANKS!!! I figured it out. I had to re-apply as a "NEW CUSTOMER" under the system and get a new customer ID.

You will need to have them combine your accounts. Creating a new one isn't the way to go.

When I went to buy my elk point I rechecked my points. They weren't there. They were there after the conversiont but now gone. I know I have the right amount because my history is there. I'll call them in a few days after it calms to down.
