1st buck

My son shot his 1st buck tonight which also happened to be his 1st deer with a bow. Hes kinda spoiled as it's only his third day of archery hunting. The shot was perfect and the deer only went 40 yards. Combine this meat with the doe whitetail and antelope buck my other son shot and our freezer is filling nicely.

Congrats to him. As a single guy I stress about how to strategically fill freezer (quantity, different cuts, and different game) while hoping to get enough to cover all my needs for the year. Sounds like one thing to look forward to as a dad is sit back and let them fill the freezer
