I can only imagine how strong the urge must have been for your dad to track down some scissors and fix that mullet.

The only way to fix a mullet is to trim up the sides a little tighter.

I get to hang it longer whole which is really nice, I plan to keep the backtrap on the bone so I can do a frenched rack when I get it home.
