My notes are at the office so I'm not 100% sure, but that's one of them, along with Section 1, sub C(ii) which makes the statute apply to the same hunting day where before it didn't.

Like I said, notes are at the office, I'm off to the capitol.
 
That language is already in the FWP hunting regulations under "Airplane Spotting."

Is it necessary to codify it under Montana Code? 'Just asking.

Aside: I thought the conservative Republican attitude was to NOT create new laws unless there is an overwhelming need due to a clearly identified problem.
