youth and old-timer hunts

I love Alaska's youth hunts...resident youths can shoot a legal ram Aug 1-5 before the general season opens up Aug 10.

Alaska also has some excellent draw youth hunts for caribou, moose and deer.

There is also a benefit for resident seniors...I just turned 60 and got my free resident "senior card" so I can now hunt/fish/trap Alaska for free....includes Dall Sheep,Moose, Caribou, Deer, Goats,Bears, King Salmon Stamp, State Waterfowl Stamp...whoo hooo!
