Finally got through. No pending payment to me, so either got my first choice or more likely I'll be hunting in Wyoming on a super high dollar general tag.

I hope this system is not getting my hopes up because my name is not listed. Not too optimistic yet though as I searched for a more popular last name like Smith and I don't see any pending payments there either.

After numerous try's without results, I finally got all the way through and found my name. Just like I expected.

I also noticed a number of people that were just getting the PP refund. Which I take to mean they drew, and were getting the refund from the additional payment for a point

Even though my odds are very low (3% per last years odds), I still had a dream last night I drew and I needed to figure out how I was going to break it to my wife! (True story!)
