Wyoming area 78 antelope/ region R mule deer

I am looking for a little information as far as roads and what we may be getting into Me and my wife have a couple tags for these two areas and we will be hunting from October 8 to around the 20 What I’m concerned about is the roads say with snow and rain I have a winch but from the looks of the map it wouldn’t be much good with very little to hook to

Would need to take a four wheeler or can I get around it ok I really don’t want to lug one that far but I also don’t want to be 2,000 miles from home and be in a bind either

Your in a rain shadow, you'll have s better chance of seeing a polar bear than meaningful precipitation.

I hunted the central part of that unit in Oct a few years ago and was the only guy off the pavement because I brought my quad and even then I couldn't get very far. There were gullies with 2' of silt in them.
