WY Elk 86,90 - need your secrets!

Looking at both of these units for a 2018 hunt. I have two main questions about these to anyone who has experience.

1- what is hunting pressure like? 90 seems to get quite a bit of hunters whereas 86 seems to be much lower pressure, does that seem right?

2- We're coming from Midwest and from what I can see on google earth/maps/OnX/goHUNT these seem to be pretty mountainous but 86 seems to have decent access along with (what seems to be) a bit easier of climbs compared to 90. Right?

You will have little trouble finding elk in either area. Not sure one gets more pressure than the other. Both are popular with the horseback crowd. 86 has some country closer to the Upper Hoback road and 191 that is a bit more mellow but with that you will find more hunters. You cant go wrong with either area. Pick one and go hunt. The elk are there just a matter of finding them. Good luck and have a fun hunt.
