Who's ready for Steelhead?

Those are some awesome fish! So this is what I missed by not moving to Grangeville a couple years ago...

There are some pockets of fish for sure. I was thae 2-11 thur 2-13 and back on 2-16. We did good with the rain on sat. Hope you guys get some rain and the fish will move for sure. 13 years of fishing on the south fork and it always changing. Good luck.

Much2Hunt : did you use your horses to pack those hawgs out of that cut?, or are you guys catch & release?

Who would think horses and steelhead fishin go together, last fall we packed down river about 12 miles,set up an awesome camp,steelhead fished and bear hunted for a week.picked fresh apples from the old homestead orchards and had a great time.

Sure would be nice to have some barbequed steelhead again. Wait a minute...I've had that for dinner every night for the last three nights! Mmm, good.
