What should we hunt and film?

I'd love to see a public land Blacktail hunt from here in Northern Oregon or up in Washington. Not one of those grassy hills hunts for 100# deer on a private ranch in southern Oregon or NoCal, but hunting big timber, rutted up, salamander neck dark antlered stud bucks in the rain, snow, wind, and fog.

...or sweaty, velvet Wilderness Area bucks in NorCal! :hump:

My vote is the AK 3 part series, I think considering this home to the DIY junkies (including myself) the logistical segment would be very interesting, espically for those of us out there who want to hunt anything in AK and keep our hunt DIY ! My preference is Elk ...personally more archery hunts are to my liking! Best of luck with 2013!

If ya come out here to oergon ,theres many of us that could help ya on a rosevelt elk or a blacktail deer, getting enough footage for a show could be a problem, they disapear fast.Id recomend looking at the utah general deer as a way to hunt utah,,,some archery are even available as leftovers.Again Id like to see just 1 traditional muzzleloader hunt just to show the audience that option is out there,,,maybe you could convince your sponsers to slide 1 in for a refreshing change of pace.

maybe a traditional muzzle load company might jump in as 1 of your sponsers?thopmson cent/lyman/cva/traditions/?Im sure there is interest out there.

Come over to the UK and hunt Roe Bucks on public land, that will challenge you, oh wait a minute we don't have any public hunting land.
You are a lucky lot where you live.
Cheers
Richard

I think a caribou hunt in the mix would be great, if possible. Maybe forego one of the elk hunts for it. Just my 2 cents worth. Anything you do will be great, even the frustration. Have enjoyed all of your shows.

Any episode with Dink and sneakem woould be on my watch list...any critter would do and the outtakes would be comedy gold.

Like to see some new hunts with easy tags.Something like aoudad, couse deer, blacktails. An upland game hunt mixed with a mt deer hunt would be cool too.And of course you'd have to use Gunnr the dog on that hunt.A fly in ak moose or caribou trip would be different as well.I started watching your show because it was a common man hunting show.Something anyone could do with a lttle research. Those hard to draw hunts aren't of any interest to me.I'll never draw a breaks sheep tag or gila elk tag or most Arizona elk tags.I know the industry is about horn porn, but I still remember your SD mule deer hunt with a bow where you were freezing and scored on a small buck but you were super excited.Thats everyday hunting to me.Another I remember well was a co muley hunt in either your 1st or 2nd season on air.I still watch every chance I get but it seems like the show is getting away from that a little.Just want to see shows anyone has a reasonable chance of doing or getting a tag for and forget the size of the antlers. It has to be a tough thing to decide what hunts to line up for a year ,but I'd like to see some new animals added to the mix

High country backpack mule deer hunt. One archery and one rifle. Maybe one of the 1 or 2 point Colorado archery units. No doubt this type hunt would be difficult taking cameras up there. Why there are so few shows out there.

+1. The Kansas hunt a while back was one of my favorites. I do appreciate the helicopter hunting and premium tags in great trophy areas that have taken years to draw but some more basic hunts like OTC elk in Colorado are a great challenge that can be done by just about anyone.
