Unit 97 Type 6 ??

I was looking at unit 97 for a Type 6 tag as second choice just to go elk hunting in Wyoming. It looks like a lot of Wilderness. I was wondering if the elk summer Range is in the Wilderness. I was planning a Archery hunt. Can I find elk on public non wilderness. I was looking at 94 to but it looks like 116 people applied for a first choice Type 6 there so if I did second I wouldn't stand a chance. If I have that figured out correctly. Thanks you for any help.

Look at the odds report and note the quota minus 1st choice apps. That remainder goes to 2nd choice.
