Unit 2 or 201 Colorado Elk Res with 21 PP?

New to the forum and thought I would get some thoughts from people that have previously hunted GMU 2 or GMU 201 for elk? No intentions of paying a trespass fee or hunting private. Looking at the numbers I should draw GMU 201 muzzle and should draw GMU 2 early rifle. Any thoughts or advice?
