Spring Pictures

Was back in MT for the past week. Spent two days in Yellowstone.
(Also got a new film camera that I might be having too much fun with.)

Some absolutely excellent photography work above.

It feels a little silly posting iPhone pictures on here with all the killer photography

Some pics, although very bad from my phone (camera and spotter were still in the garage when we got home....). These during our time in Missoula last week.

And this guy rode home with me from Montana....

I can't seem to get very far away in the spring so my normal spring view is like this .................

Fortunately there's a small run-off pond that has some more interesting creatures. I'd love to have a shoveler mount, but just never have got a good drake.

Interning in Charlotte this summer. Wandered around the UNCC gardens a bit.

It looked like this guy was trying to snag some guppies. Then it caught the piece of floating bread and tried to take it down to the depths of the pond, but it wasn't heavy enough to bring down the bread. It then just sat there, swinging its claws around wildly until I left.
