Questions about Ruger Hawkeye LRT

Hello,
I am looking at purchasing a used Ruger Hawkeye LRT with the cheek riser and muzzle break, Model #47189. Anyway, the question I have is that I shoot left-handed. I am wanting to buy the rifle but, the only thing stopping me is that the cheek riser lever would probably be a problem. Does anyone know if you can switch/flip the lever for the riser so that I could shoot it left-handed? Thank you so much!!

Since the system is just a bolt through a slot holding the thing on, it's a strong maybe. I would call Ruger and ask them.
