I was wondering if anybody has experience with and Outdoorsman's Optics pack? I know there are a lot of MR fans on the site, but they are a little pricey considering we are having a kid shortly and I will have less disposable income. Any help or advice would be appreciated. I am new to big game hunting.

I like mine. After trying out a few packs, I'm sticking with this one. Packs are personal preference, some fit, some dont.

I had one and liked it. Probably a little bit of a step up from the Eberlestock and Badlands packs, but not quite in the class of the higher end packs like Stone Glacier, Kirafu, Mystery Ranch, etc.
I like my Stone Glacier better and it is about 3 pounds lighter when empty.

I love my optics hunter. They are an awesome, quality built pack with lots of options (accessory pod and now the upgraded long range version which works on the same frame). I have had mine for 3 years and who knows how many miles. I backpack with it all summer and hunt with it all fall.
