Agreed! The guys on here are the real deal, not just a bunch of Lee’s and Tiffany’s. I come here often to get back to reality and away from all the hunting hype that’s out there nowadays. There’s so much to learn from other Hunt-talkers and most of it’s pretty good information.

Welcome! If I were in your shoes I would apply in PA as well, I think it would be a blast in that country. Hoping to apply for MO's first elk season this year if the poachers haven't pushed it off the table.

I probably should apply, but I never really thought about hunting them. We usually go up north to see them in the fall as a family and they almost seem domesticated and used to people so I guess the hunting aspect didn't really appeal to me. However, I'm sure there are plenty that keep to themselves and act like a normal elk should.
