It's been two weeks since the last trip. I am seeing lots of deer and lots of bucks, with some better bucks starting to emerge. I still have not found a couple of great bucks from last year though. It's really green yet and conditions seem perfect to grow some really nice racks this year.

First some trail cam pics:

Next, spotting scope pics. They are better quality than last time, but I am still not happy with them. I am planning a significant upgrade for next season's digiscoping equpiment!!

Thanks for sharing the photos, Buschy. In the area I work, I saw more pairs of twin fawns last Wednesday evening than I've seen in the last 3 years combined.

This buck has potential: :)

I jumped the gun a bit. Man, it is nice and green up there. Many days in a row now of 90+ here. It will soon be brown.

Oak,

I honestly don't think we have hit 90 yet here in Bismarck and most of ND. High 70's and low 80's have keep things very comfortable and the grass lush and green.

I have seen a decent number of fawns, considering the difficult winter we had.

I have seen some nice bucks, but no bruisers yet (including the non-typical from last January). I am going back out in two weeks to try again! I want to find one similar to the pictures of the two bucks you posted lately!!

Awesome pictures, that looks like really amazing country to hunt.

I'm envious of your weather. Not much relief in sight here. :(

Don't make me pull out the big guns (shed hunting photo). ;) We'll see who the sissy is come October.

Sorry for hijacking your thread, Buschy.
