Attached is a picture I've been looking at. I am a resident and know what tags I will be getting. I want a friend to come along and hunt also. Now he is a non resident and not looking to spend a lot for some meat. Looking at the back part of the deer section in the book, it looks like one 1 tag is available, yet the website shows 2 OTC, 1 for whitetail single region, one just a deer B. So can he get 2 doe tags? When we get closer to going we will buy them but want to know prior. Also, we will only be hunting 670.
