Montana Elk Unit 690 or 680

My Montana luck has struck again. Last year I drew MT. Goat tag with only 2 points and this year I somehow drew an Elk 690 archery tag with only 3 points. It must be bc I own an Mystery Ranch pack and part of this forum!!!
I have spoke with Randy about how to approach this hunt. It is very tricky bc almost all of Bear Paw Mountains are private or reservations. He mentioned that I could get with Cowan Ranch on their Block Management program. Does anyone know any other options around that area? I have read that 680 has smaller bulls, but if the access is better then maybe I should spend time down there. Any help is appreciated.
