What a joke. I agree, should be illegal.

Theres very little question the fat ass that thought of this idea rides an atv to the bait site.

Nothing like taking all the fun out of looking for sheds.

here, I have seen deer still sporting head gear well into late March, mostly the smaller bucks.....if I did that in January or even febuary, be a good chance at some serious injury to the deer.......I could be wrong.
I think a safer method would be to create something that they would jump over to cause the antler to fall off rather than tangle them up.

how could you make this safe?

I agree with Mutt and Jeff, should be illegal.

Here in ny it is illegal. I was just wondering if anyone tried this or as a different method they might use. I heard of one person using hay bales that were stacked in a v with corn in the v so when they fed if the horns were ready to fall off, they would.

Agree on the harmful to animal contrivances....shed hunting should kill the average person....or you should be shot.

Those are off a thread from the Bowsite. The first one was admitted "staged". I don't think it will ever be a substitute for wearing the bottoms off boots.
