Idaho wolf... Almost

Well yesterday afternoon I got off work around 12 and figured it was worth running up for a quick elk hunt last night I got back into the same spot I've been on elk since aug 30 and just haven't been able to release an arrow yet but tonight it was weird I heard no bugles but I think I figured out why I had a cow chirp at me once and I sat down and started to call and about 15 minutes later out of the corner of my eye I saw a black flash coming through the trees yup you guessed it pure black wolf unfortunately I didn't have my hand gun or else it would of been game over I got to full draw but right as I got my bow all the the way back he bolted and that's the last I saw of him..... He just started a war with me....
