Idaho Unit 55 Late Archery

My 2019 plans are coming together nicely. I’m pretty much researched out and definitely got my money’s worth from Gohunt. A lot easier than previous years where I read the info from each state!

I’m planning to hunt eastern Montana mule deer. As a second tag was looking at Idaho unit 55 which has an late archery season. Does anyone have any recent experience hunting this season in 55?

Have not hunted it yet. Although, it's very popular around here as it is one of, if not the latest open buck tag in Idaho. Guys flock to that unit that still have an unpunched tag. I'm sure there are some decent bucks around and you can get away from guys if you can hunt weekdays. Have heard decent things about that hunt.

Thanks twsnow18, i would hunt week days and get away for roads for sure. Guess 55 might be even more popular this year if the winter is a bad one further to the north.
