went over most of it last night..... added a ton of antlerless elk to otc tags..... which i'm assuming is why they are upping our resident fees, which is good, about time. Most of those antlerless tags were controlled hunt tags which they don't get there 6.25 from residents.... took out a mess of doe deer tags, which suits me fine, but did not do a dang thing down in the Owyhee's???? I still don't think there should be a general season on doe's for archers....
"Beginning May 1, 2017, a new $5.00 Depredation Management/Access fee" This is kinda bull.... I doubt much will go to access, its to keep the private land owners happy and pockets lined with money, since they can't get more LO tags to sell.....
