Here's what I saw last summer that made me decide to focus on muleys this year. These guys were in a different unit at about the same elevation as these basins. I hunted the mountain this photo was taken on 3 months after I saw them, but never caught up with them again.
From what others have told me, and one set of sheds I have found, the unit I am looking at this year has good potential for big bucks too. I'm changing to this unit mostly because of season dates and better travel logistics so I'm more likely to get to scout more.
