Hi Everyone!
I moved to Utah from Virginia a few years back and found Randy & Co. while trying to learn about elk and mule deer hunting (wife said I needed a hobby, so I picked hunting because it covers everything I enjoy doing). I grew up bowhunting private farms in eastern Appalachia so the wide-open public lands of the west have been a real adventure and the learning curve is as steep as the country. This year (2019) marks my fourth year of hunting the Wasatch front. Like Randy says, I'm pretty below average and am looking to learn from you all and figure out how to fill the freezer!
