Getting started in Idaho

Hey guys, I am thinking of trying to get a bear this spring. I am looking for any advice on techniques or books on hunting bears. I found sign in both places were I was elk and deer hunting. One place will be good for baiting and the other is more of a spot and stalk hunt. I am thinking of trying to bait so I can go with my bow. Any info would be great.

Wolverine, just make sure you read the regs really good. Some units are draw only and can't be baited. Also, make sure you have the required permits as well but I'm sure you knew that already. Get with Moosie or others that bait in the spring and they can help a bit more than I. If you see good bear sign, you are already a step in the right direction. Good luck - it's not too far away!
