Well, here is the final product. Hundreds of pounds of moose meat. Mostly steaks and burger, but I also had 30 pounds of breakfast sausage made. My wife made some meatloaf (mooseloaf?) with Rhubarb Ketchup on top and it turns out I have an addiction.

The bull was just under 42 inches wide and the taxidermist guessed him at 5 or 6 years old. I went back down into the same country last week to chase elk and saw quite a few more Moose, so if anybody reading this has the other 362 tag and has yet to fill it, shoot me a PM.

Congrats! My pard shot one solo in ID and was definitely impressed with the amount of meat to cut and work to pack it out!
