Hey all,

Have any of you dealt with First Lite's customer service? I bought some Corrugate Guide pants on their 40% off Realtree sale and I love the fit. The issue is they make a TON of noise when walking. Its like walking around in track pants. The catch on the 40% off deal was that all sales were final. The pants were advertised as being quiet but they certainly are not. They say they stand behind their gear so I am hoping a phone call will allow me to switch them out for something else but has anyone else dealt with them? Their warranty info is kind of ambiguous...

I have the Corrugate Guide pants and love them.

If you bought them at 40 off you could sell them easily for what you paid for them, or even more.

Yes, washed them 3 times and still making the noise - not sure what it is because most people (like Don) have nothing but good things to say about them.
