Half of a spring Turkey, elk steak, antelope backstrap, antelope tenderloin and pork belly. That's all I have so far... pictures to come tomorrow.... what's waiting for you?
 
9 Mallards, 2 Wigeon and 2 Teal defrosting for a group of guys tomorrow night. Two mule deer rounds that I'm cutting up for kabobs on Sunday. I'll try and remember to get pictures of both.
 
Elk back strap, baby backs, maybe some wings... the wife wiffed again on the guilded cowboy ribeye but might try and sneak one in on Monday if the store restocks!
